Comment préparer

Découper les filets de poulet en fines lamelles. Disposer sur des assiettes.

Mixer le thon, la mayonnaise HUGO, le bouillon de volaille, 3c.s. de jus de câprons et les anchois. Goûter et assaisonner.

Agrémenter les lamelles de poulet de thon à la mayonnaise.

Servir avec des quartiers de tomates cerises, des câprons et un peu d’alfalfa.
