Personen

2Scheiben Brot

1Esslöffel Butter/Margarine

2kleine Zwiebeln

60gHartkäse (Gruyère, Tilsiter, etc.)

1oder 2 Zweige Thymian

Wie man Zubereitung

Die Brotscheiben auf einer Seite mit Butter bestreichen.

Käse reiben/in dünne Scheiben schneiden.

Zwiebeln in dünne Ringe schneiden.

Die Blätter der Thymianzweige ernten.

Das Sandwich mit der gebutterten Seite nach außen zusammenstellen: Käse, Zwiebelringe und Thymian darauf legen.

Eine beschichtete Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze ohne Fett erhitzen. Sobald sie heiß ist, das Sandwich etwa 3 Minuten auf jeder Seite grillen. Das Brot sollte goldbraun und der Käse gut geschmolzen sein.

Tipp 1: Verwenden Sie übrig gebliebenen Raclettekäse, um ein besonders leckeres Ergebnis zu erzielen.

Tipp 2: Streichen Sie einen halben Teelöffel HUGO-Senf auf die Innenseite des Brotes, bevor Sie das Sandwich zusammensetzen.
