Personen

20cl Tomatensaft

3Blätter frisches Basilikum

3cl Hugo Cornichon Jutage

1bis 2 TL Hugo Senf Honig-Coing

1Kirschtomate und 1 Basilikumblatt zum Garnieren.

Gewürzt mit etwas Tabasco, Selleriesalz, Pfeffer, Zitronensaft (nach Wahl)

Wie man Zubereitung

Geben Sie den Tomatensaft, den Saft der Gewürzgurken, den Honig-Coing-Senf, das Basilikum und die Gewürze Ihrer Wahl hinzu.

Mixen, bis eine homogene Mischung entsteht.

In das Glas giessen und 3-4 Eiswürfel dazugeben.

Mit einem Kirschtomaten-Spiess und einem Basilikumblatt dekorieren.

Den Strohhalm anbringen

Wenn Sie Gewürze mögen, verfeinern Sie den Cocktail mit 3 Tropfen grünem oder rotem Tabasco.
